Bushido: means "the way of the warrior" in Japanese. An ancient code of conduct and virtues followed by samurai that “demanded physical hardship, absolute devotion to duty, and bravery in all things” (Samurai and Shoguns).

Oyorio: means "great harness" in Japanese. Armor worn by samurai during the Heian period.
Ronin: means "one who wanders" in Japanese. A masterless samurai.
Samurai: means "those who serve" in Japanese. A powerful, respected elite and member of the warrior class in Japan.
Sensei: teacher
Seppuku (or Hara-kiri): means "belly cutting" in Japanese. A ceremonial suicide by cutting open one's stomach with a sword. Performed to maintain honor in the face of inevitable death or capture.
